Shipping is free for all orders， Express delivery not available.
RIKA & Co ships within India only and uses reputable courier companies.
Delivery time depends on your location. Generally we will endeavour to supply ordered goods within 2-7 working days. In case, any product runs out of stock or is unavailable; we shall then communicate to you by email, giving a revised delivery schedule or other options.
Cancellations Policy:
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or changed once it has been dispatched. Please call on (+91)8981804922 to cancel the order before dispatch.
Please choose carefully when selecting items as we do not offer refunds or changes to orders due to Change of Mind as most of our items are made to order.

We deliver to most part of India within estimated delivery days. While we use reputable couriers and work around the clock to ensure your order reaches in time, RIKA & Co cannot be held responsible for shipping delays due natural disasters, strikes, bank holidays or situations beyond our control.
Returns & Exchange :
Due to hygiene & safety concerns with regards to baby/kids products, RIKA & Co has a strict no exchanges or refunds policy across the website.
This also means that all the products you receive are –Fresh, Original, Unopened and of High quality.

Damaged Products:
In the event that a product reaches damaged, please email us on order@rikanco.in within 3 working days along with images of the damaged product and we will help you out.
Note – Post cancellation, the money will be refunded to you within 7 to 12 business days after the cancellation request.
